a day at the mfa

I'm fortunate enough to live right around the corner from the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, so what better way to spend an afternoon on a chilly day. And this past weekend, on Sunday, was just that perfect day.
We saw the Degas and the Nude and Aphrodite and the Gods of Love exhibitions - unfortunately there were no photos allowed. But later today I'll post some highlights from some of the other exhibits. The Jewels, Gems, and Treasures was a favorite (no surprise there). :)

I bundled up with layers, layers and more layers as it was probably one of the coldest days so far this year. This slightly oversized mohair sweater kept me very warm. I love the touch of gold buttons and how cute is the bunny with the little pink heart?!
I belted it to enhance my waist and paired it with a simple black mini. Trying to stay away from black tights (whenever I can) I chose this pale grey instead.

Hope your week is great!
xx

  1. The hat, the glasses, the smirk...perfect! Love this look. The sweater looks so cozy but not frumpy...
