Whenever I wear this skirt all I want to do is twirl and dance. The way the chiffon moves in the wind is heavenly. Today I'm wearing it with nudes for a peach-like color palette. I chose this silk flowy blouse to complement the soft pleated skirt for an overall chic yet effortless look.
