With copious amounts of bright snow around me, I was inspired to bring out my neon brights and make a bold statement. I grounded the neon skirt with black separates in order to obtain a bold contrast, plus, I think it's more winter appropriate this way.
The weather has been lovely, so I was able to layer the leather with a light wool trench.
It's too bad that the snow will soon melt away.
